« I wasn't expecting the Ritz Carlton, so I went in with low expectations. All I needed was a bed and a bathroom for the night, and the hotel provided that. The staff were great! Super nice. « Our stay was lovely! Our host and staff were friendly, communicative and responsive. The grounds were well kept. Our dog loved sleeping in the sun on our deck. The area is beautiful. We were there just as the leaves were beginning to change. The lake was like glass, reflecting everything perfectly. We definitely will stay again!!! »

« The experience was honestly amazing. The staff every single one was so kind and caring. They treated everyone amazing. They went above and beyond for me when my rental vehicle key fob was not working and 5 staff member included the front desk manager came and we put our heads together an opened it. When that didnât work they gave us free food and allowed us to wait for roadside assistance comfortably. I will definitely recommend and will be back for sure. « The breakfast was good, but we had a double queen suite and the beds were not queens. The toilet was leaking and wouldnât flush properly so we had to get plunger from front desk. The hallway had holes in the carpet in a few spots. But it looked like they were fixing up some rooms. It was very quiet though. Just biggest complaint was beds and toilet. »
