Summary:

Skip the ski traffic and walk to the slopes easily! This two-story condo is about a 5 to 10-minute walk to Snow Summit and a short drive to the Village. Light the fireplace in the living room, cook a big meal in the updated kitchen, and step out onto the private balcony off the primary bedroom for morning coffee. Two bedrooms, a full bath upstairs, a half bath downstairs, and AC make it a comfortable year-round basecamp for families and friends.



The Space:

Welcome to the Summit Condo, an absolute GEM as a freshly updated two-story retreat in one of Big Bear’s most walkable ski neighborhoods. Bring your furry friend ($150 non-refundable pet fee), 1 dog max.



Main Floor:

The living room is built for cozy nights in, with a fireplace set in a white stone wall, a large sectional, and a smart TV. The open dining area seats 8, and the kitchen has quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a gas range, and a breakfast bar. We stock the essentials, including a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and blender. A half bath on this floor is convenient for guests.



Primary Bedroom (Upstairs)

A bright, spacious room with a queen bed, rustic pendant lighting, and plenty of closet space. Glass doors open onto a private balcony looking into the pines, a favorite spot for morning coffee. Sleeps 2.



Bedroom 2 (Upstairs)

Great for kids or friends, with a queen bed, a wooden bunk bed, a wall-mounted TV, and a large closet. Sleeps 4.



Bathroom:

The upstairs full bathroom has a glass walk-in shower and a long vanity. A half bath on the main floor means less waiting during busy mornings.



Comfort Year-Round

Wall-mounted mini-split units keep the home cool in summer and warm in winter.



Back deck:

A wonderful 6 person hot tub to soak up after a long day out and grill ready to enjoy. Hot tub photos coming soon!



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire condo and hot tub on the back deck. Check-in is contactless with a keypad entry. Your door code and check-in details will be sent before arrival. Please note that only ` parking spot is assigned to this unit. There is no garage access.



The Neighborhood:

The condo sits in the Summit area, a residential neighborhood at the base of Snow Summit. In winter, you can walk to the lifts and skip the parking lot entirely. Big Bear Village is a short drive away with restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, and boutiques.



Getting Around:

RARE: This property is a 5 to 10 minute walk to the ski lifts at Summit.



Other Things to Note:

City of Big Bear Lake Good Neighbor Policy must be always respected. Please review the city rules.



Do not exceed the occupancy limit (7 guests regardless of age) Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy.



NO PARTIES ALLOWED.



No parking in street or yard. Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. The maximum number of vehicles (1) permitted is on the exterior sign.



No amplified music 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.

Head inside at 10:00 p.m. Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Please note that this home IS pet-friendly with a $150 non-refundable fee.



Unfortunately, a few of our guests refuse to extend common courtesy and neighborly behavior toward the guests and residents around them. For those guests who have come to party and disrupt the peace and tranquility of the neighborhoods, there are consequences.



The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation. Unruly guests who disregard the rules and expectations will be asked to leave without a refund.
