This magnificent mountain retreat was meticulously created over a 10-year period by Master Craftsman Gerard as a loving ode to his ballerina wife. The living room on the upper/main level offers a cozy ambiance while retaining the ease of an open floor plan. You'll find plush leather sofas with cozy thows. The living area has a flat-screen TV, cable, Apple TV, a PS3 gaming system, a surround sound system, and a game area with various board games to enjoy.

The kitchen, a true culinary delight, boasts an integrated refrigerator and freezer, high-quality pots and pans, dinnerware and flatware, a Frigidaire Gallery oven, a gas stovetop, a tiled center island with a breakfast bar, and a trash compactor. There is a coffee station for your convenience. The dining room features a one-of-a-kind handcrafted table made from Bubinga wood, a treasure brought back from a journey to Africa, where you can savor delicious meals in front of the wood-burning fireplace.

Bedroom #1, known as the "Tree of Life" room, is on the main level and features a cozy queen-size bed. Within this room, you'll discover custom leaded glasswork and three 200-pound cedar closet doors adorned with a crushed rock, glass, and tile mosaic that took over a year to create. Bathroom #2 has an attached laundry with a washer and dryer for added convenience. During the winter season, you find an abundance of sleds and snow gear in the closet under the stairs for your use.

The driveway is steep an narrow so in the winter you MUST have AWD vehicle with chains. If you do not have this- please do not book as you might not be able to get into the driveway. There are over 40 stairs to climb as well to get to the front door. The view is worth it!
