Same-day booking with same-day check-in. When we arrived, there was no office or property manager on site. We had to call to check in, which was easy enough, but their advertised 24-hour service was not accurate.
There were no clean towels provided, so we couldn’t shower the first night. I didn’t get towels until the next day after driving to another property they manage to find someone in person. The WiFi password was also not provided, and no one answered calls or messages for hours.
There were cleanliness and maintenance issues as well. The heater didn’t work, and there were used towels from previous guests left in the shower, which made us question how well the unit was cleaned.
At checkout, I requested a 30-minute extension since my pregnant wife needed a bit more rest, but there was no response and we had to leave on time.
Overall, not a good experience. Lower price or not, basic customer service, communication, and cleanliness should not be compromised.
