Welcome to Skyhigh Chalet — a tranquil Big Bear retreat tucked among the pines, where the sounds of nature replace the noise of everyday life. Soak in the outdoor spa under the stars, warm up by the wood-burning fireplace, and wake up to peekaboo lake views. The Village is just a short walk away, giving you the best of both worlds: seclusion and convenience.

Getting Around:

A car is recommended for exploring beyond The Village.



Important — Road Access Notice: The main access road to this cabin is unpaved and not maintained by the city or county. Please read carefully before booking:



- Low-clearance vehicles are not advised at any time of year

-When snow is present, a 4x4 or high-clearance vehicle is required — standard vehicles cannot safely access the property

- California law requires carrying tire chains in the mountains during winter — please come prepared

- If you are unsure whether your vehicle qualifies, please message us before booking

- This is part of what makes the chalet feel so private and secluded — but we want every guest to arrive safely and stress-free.
