You can unwind in the hot tub under the stars or fire up the gas grill for a BBQ. The backyard is perfect for enjoying the crisp mountain air and taking in the beautiful natural surroundings. Believe it or not, finding a free spot to go snow sledding in Big Bear can be a challenge. However, right behind our cabin, nestled in the forest, you'll discover numerous perfect spots for sledding. The best part? Since there's no public parking, itâs never crowded. The only people who have access are those staying in the surrounding homes, ensuring a peaceful and private sledding experience.
The property offers parking for up to two cars in the driveway, with additional space for visitors. Please note that street parking is not allowed during the winter months due to city regulations.

There are some of the best official big bear designated mountain biking trails right behind the house in the forest also the official big bear bike path starts right down the street in front of the Zoo about a 4 min ride away, this path takes you all around the lake.
