Honey Bear Retreat isn't your typical mountain cabin. Built by Disney Imagineers, this one-of-a-kind Big Bear retreat features a custom bear and outdoors-inspired design with handcrafted details, rich wood accents, and playful woodland touches throughout the home.

Be sure to say hello to Henry the Bear and Ollie the Owl, two of the cabin's resident woodland characters waiting to welcome you.

With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and accommodations for up to 6 guests, Honey Bear Retreat gives families and friends a memorable home base just minutes from Snow Summit, The Village, Big Bear Lake, and year-round outdoor recreation. Town Trail access is only 0.3 miles away, making it especially convenient for hiking and mountain biking.

A private hot tub and game room are coming soon, with the hot tub anticipated for November 2026.

THE SPACE
Honey Bear Retreat blends classic mountain character with modern comfort and a design you won't find in a typical Big Bear cabin. Custom finishes, exposed wood details, woodland décor, and playful touches inspired by the outdoors give the home its own personality while still creating a comfortable place to relax.

The living room offers a cozy gathering space centered around a smart electric fireplace. Settle in for a movie, pull out the board games, or unwind together after a day at the lake or on the slopes.

The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare everything from a quick breakfast before heading out to a relaxed dinner at the cabin. Gather around the dining area for meals, games, and time together before heading outside.

Step onto the spacious deck surrounded by trees, fire up the propane BBQ, or spend the evening around the outdoor propane fire pit. Indoor and outdoor Bluetooth speakers make it easy to enjoy music while relaxing throughout the property.

Adventure is close by in every season. Town Trail access is only 0.3 miles away, while Snow Summit, The Village, Big Bear Lake, public beaches, dining, and shopping are all approximately 5 minutes from the home.

GOOD TO KNOW

Pet Policy
Dogs are welcome for $35 per dog, per night, with a maximum of 2 dogs. Please keep pets off furniture and beds, and bring a pet bed for their comfort. No cats, please.

Baby Equipment
A Pack 'n Play and highchair are available upon request for a delivery and pickup fee. Please arrange in advance.

All homes come with cozy blankets, fresh towels & linens. Our dedicated cleaning crew has prepared this vacation home for your arrival & will clean upon your departure.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with basic cookware, dishes, utensils, and a Keurig coffee maker making it enjoyable to prepare meals during your stay. Food and pantry staples are not supplied.

What we provide
Basic essentials for the kitchen, linens, towels, bar soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided.


GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Guests must comply with Big Bear Lake's Good Neighbor Policy and applicable local vacation rental regulations.
