Spend summer days beside Boulder Bay, where lake views, fresh mountain air, and easy access to the water shape the rhythm of your stay. Lakeside Vibes is an upper-level, pet-friendly condo in Big Bear Lake with direct access to Boulder Bay Park, scenic views of the lake and Castle Rock, and a private staircase that gives the home a more secluded feel than many neighboring units. From here, guests can walk to kayak and paddleboard rentals, nearby restaurants, local shops, public transportation, and the Castle Rock hiking trail less than a mile away.

Living space
The bright living area features vaulted ceilings, large windows, abundant natural light, and a gas fireplace for cooler mountain evenings. Settle in after a day on the lake, watch a movie on the Smart TV, or open the doors to the balcony and enjoy views of the water, trees, pool, and surrounding mountains.

The home is located on the upper level and is accessed by a private exterior staircase. Once inside, the condo is arranged on one level for a comfortable and practical layout.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is equipped for everyday meals and relaxed vacation cooking, with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, cookware, dishes, wine glasses, and a standard coffee maker. The dining table seats four and offers a comfortable place for breakfast before heading to the lake or dinner after a day of exploring Big Bear.

Sleeping arrangements
Lakeside Vibes includes two bedrooms and two en suite bathrooms, offering privacy for couples, friends, or a small family.

Primary bedroom - Queen bed, Smart TV, private balcony, en suite bathroom, lake views, and Castle Rock views
Second bedroom - Full bed, closet, and private en suite bathroom

Both bathrooms include a tub and shower.

Outdoor living

Enjoy two balconies with views of Boulder Bay, Castle Rock, the pool, mature trees, and the landscaped condo grounds. The community also offers a pool and hot tub, along with spacious shared outdoor areas that make it easy to enjoy the mountain setting.

An electric barbecue and outdoor seating are available for casual meals outside. Boulder Bay Park is just steps away, giving guests convenient access to lakeside walks, picnics, kayaking, paddleboarding, and summer afternoons by the water.



Maximum occupancy: The home accommodates a maximum of 4 guests.

Parking: Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in the Boulder Bay Condos parking lot. No parking placard is required.

Pet policy: Up to 2 pets are permitted. A $85 pet fee per pet, per stay applies.

Access: Lakeside Vibes is an upper-level condo accessed by a private exterior staircase. Once inside, the home is arranged on one level.

Community amenities: Guests have access to the shared pool and hot tub. A pool key is provided inside the condo.

Security camera: One exterior camera is located on the front porch balcony and monitors the outdoor entry area only.

Please remember these rules are mandated and imposed solely by the CITY and our PERMIT/ORDINANCE which requires property management companies to notify all guests that the CITY requires you to sign a rental agreement and the Good Neighbor Brochure to obtain the code to the property as well as provide a copy in the rental agreement app a copy of Governmental ID that matches the name on the reservation. Please notate these and all rules regarding spa hours, trash removal, noise and dishes being washed are due to our permit and not our rules so please keep this in mind before booking as some guests rate us based on rules we must abide by to rent. We appreciate that they are unique rules please do not review us based on the reviews we need to follow, we appreciate it. The code cannot be sent until this agreement is filled out.

(1) Maximum vehicles and guest occupancy permitted is described in the listing. Any violation is subject to eviction and/or cancellation of your stay. If you need additional parking, please contact us directly.

(2) Big Bear Lake does not allow street parking; they will tow any vehicles parked on the street and any towing fees or fines issued are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

(3) Excessive noise or loud music heard at the property line is prohibited by the CITY for the consideration of the local residents. The CITY enforces quiet hours from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM and will send out code enforcement officers to issue fines/and or evict guests for any violations reported. There will be a $300 administrative fine per Code Call for our team to show up as we are required to attend such code call within 30 minus, plus $100 per hour of our time spent for the violation. This is IN ADDITION to any fines issued by Code Enforcement which start at $500 to $5000 per violation.

(4) Dishes - All dishes must be cleaned before leaving and the house must be left in the same condition that you found it in. Any dirty dishes left in the kitchen are subject to a $45 fee- our housekeepers will unload dishes or put them away but do not wash dishes or dump trash per the law this includes leaving dishes with food on them or left in the home. It also attracts vermin. Please note this is part of our permit and not included in cleaning the home after guests leave.

(5) Trash - All trash must be removed offsite to the free trash sites. Any bags or trash left behind in the bathroom, kitchen (including leaving behind items in the fridge, or outside is subject to a $25 per bag for removal this is not our rule - this is the law and we must abide by it as there is no trash service due to wild animals. Please do not review us based on the law. We provide a dump service if you should want to pay in advance, but we have to send a dump service we cannot have housekeepers take the trash as the CITY does not allow this.

(6) Barbecue- Propane is offered on the honor system on any firepit or BBQ. Please do not leave the firepit or BBQ on unattended. Please clean the BBQ after use. If by chance the propane runs out, please let us know and we will send someone to replace it. Please make sure all propane is turned off after use. Big Bear does not allow the use of charcoal of lighter fluid. Please be advised if you run out of propane and it is after hours we cannot promise after hours refills late at night as the stores may not be open.

(7) Pet- All pets must be disclosed and pet fees paid in full prior to your arrival. Please be sure to clean up after your pets, please do not allow them on the furniture or bedding, and for their safety do not leave them outside unattended. Any pet waste left inside or outside of the home or damages to the home are subject to additional cleaning or repair fees.

(8) Parties or noise ordinance calls – any parties, events, unauthorized guests or noise complaints will result in immediate eviction with no refund. Any party will incur $5,000 fine plus immediate eviction.

(9) No over occupancy - $500 per person over occupancy fine plus damages plus immediate eviction and subject to code call fines.

(10) No smoking, vaping or drugs inside our cabins at any time. Any evidence of violation is grounds for immediate eviction from the cabin and a $3500 plus damages found at the home.

(11) Please refrain from bringing your own BBQs, Firepits and or outside cooking devices are banned by the CITY due to the fire safety hazards. This is subject to eviction due to this is how fires start.

(12) The Mountain community area does not have air conditioning, and the availability of fans may vary depending on the property description. High temperatures or heat will not be grounds for a refund, as many cabins do not include air conditioning unless specifically stated.

(13) Due to the mountain location, Big Bear and the surrounding areas are known to have occasional power and internet outages due to circumstances beyond our control. Power outages are usually brief, lasting a few hours or less and the city always tries to work quickly to get it back up and running. There are no refunds at anytime for power or internet outages due to normal mountain conditions, as these are beyond our control.
