GOOD TO KNOW

Pet Policy
Dogs are welcome for $35 per dog, per night, with a maximum of 2 dogs. Please keep pets off furniture and beds, and bring a pet bed for their comfort. The yard is not fenced. No cats, please.

Baby Equipment
A Pack 'n Play and highchair are available upon request for a delivery and pickup fee. Please arrange in advance.

All homes come with cozy blankets, fresh towels & linens. Our dedicated cleaning crew has prepared this vacation home for your arrival & will clean upon your departure.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with basic cookware, dishes, utensils, and a standard coffee maker making it enjoyable to prepare meals during your stay. Food and pantry staples are not supplied.

What we provide
Basic essentials for the kitchen, linens, towels, bar soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided.

Lake Access
Guests may enjoy direct lakefront access and beautiful lake views. Kayaks and paddleboards may be brought to the shoreline and pulled up to the beach. There is no private boat dock at this property.

Launching motorized or non-motorized boats from the property is not permitted. Pleasure Point Marina is nearby for boat docking and marina services. Guests may not access neighboring private docks.


GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
To preserve the quiet integrity of the residential neighborhood,
guests must comply with Big Bear Lake's Good Neighbor Policy and applicable local vacation rental regulations.
Quiet hours begin at 10 PM throughout Big Bear
