This exquisite 5-bedroom, 6-bathroom property spans 6,752 square feet and offers unparalleled views and access to the pristine waters of Big Bear Lake. Ideal for large families or groups, this home is designed for both relaxation and entertainment.
From the moment you step inside, you are greeted by breathtaking panoramic views of the lake through floor-to-ceiling windows. The open-concept living area features high vaulted ceilings and a grand fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, equipped with white shaker cabinets, granite countertops, a large center island, stainless steel appliances, and a Viking range. A cozy kitchen nook overlooking the lake is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee.
Each bedroom is a private oasis, with the master suite offering spectacular lake views and a luxurious en-suite bathroom. Additional bedrooms are equally well-appointed, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests. The home also boasts multiple living areas, including a game room and a spacious outdoor deck ideal for barbecues and gatherings.

Immerse yourself in the Big Bear experience. This haven for outdoor enthusiasts offers a myriad of activities that change with the seasons.

When winter dusts the landscape with fresh snow, engage in thrilling activities such as skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, and tubing.

Summer shifts the playground to the lake, where water sports abound, and the trails, are perfect for hiking, mountain biking, and horseback riding. Golf enthusiasts won't be left out, with courses available to test your skills.

While air conditioning is absent, nature compensates with its own cooling system - the fresh mountain air.

-Third Living room area w/ Smart TV.

Guests' Rules
Welcome to the rules for Lake Front Manor Our aim is to maintain a harmonious environment that aligns with local Code Compliance and respects the comfort of all guests. As part of this effort, we've established some friendly but firm and inflexible house guidelines.

1. Maximum Occupancy: 16 guests ( 14 adults max).

2. Parking: Space for 6 vehicles, Including garage access. Exceeding the limit may result in fines of up to $1,000.
IMPORTANT TO NOTE: The city of Big Bear lake will count any boat trailers as one of your vehicles. If you will have any trailers, include them in your car total. Maximum of vehicles can not be exceeded at any time.

3. Pets: No pets allowed. If this rule is violated, you will receive a minimum of a $1,000 fine and eviction.

Please respect the home and follow the rules, just as you expect timely assistance from us. Many of these rules are city regulations, while others help us maintain the homes in top condition. Our goal is to ensure a great experience for our guests and property owners.
* Check-In: Remote check in after identity verification.
* Parking: Follow city-enforced parking limits. If you need more space, let us know.
* Occupancy: Adhere to the maximum occupancy limits enforced by us and the city. No exceptions.
* Noise: Be respectful to neighbors. Keep music inside and at a low volume. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. We have monitoring system in place that reads decibels of noise and notifies you directly and us of loud noises.
* A/C: Most homes do not have air conditioning. Nights are cooler with open windows.
* Ants: Clean up after meals to avoid attracting ants. We use traps and sprays, but cleanliness is key.
* Trash: Dispose of trash at the designated clean site as required by city regulation.
* Age Requirement: You must be at least 24 years old to book. We do not allow parties. This rule is strictly enforced.

Check-in starts at 4 PM
Checking In:
* IDs are required at check-in.
* You must be 24 years or older to book and check in.
* You'll need to sign a Rental Agreement with the Big Bear Good Neighbor Policy (5 minutes). The link with the rental agreement will be sent once the booking is confirmed. It needs to be completed and signed before checking-in. To confirm and maintain your reservation, our Rental Agreement must be completed within 24 hours of booking. Failure to complete the agreement within this timeframe may result in cancellation without refund if the cancellation window has passed.

Please note:
Our standard cancellation policy applies from the moment the reservation is confirmed, not from when the rental agreement is completed. By booking, you agree to complete all required documentation within the given timeframe and to be bound by the cancellation terms.

* Early check-in and late check-out options are available for a fee, based on availability.
* Please inquire at the front desk for these services.
