Arriving / Parking

After a scenic drive into Fox Farm, you’ll pull into a large driveway with plenty of parking (boat-friendly). The home features a fully enclosed front deck—great for morning coffee and family photos.



First Floor

Living room: large couch + 2 lounge chairs, fireplace, Smart TV

Dining: seating for 6 at the table + 4 at the bar

Kitchen: updated appliances (large fridge, oven/range, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker) + plenty of counter/pantry space

Bar + Game Room: full-sized bar area + couch (BYO bartender), ping pong, foosball, and games

Other Things to Note:

All 5 bedrooms are upstairs (stairs required).

No parties or events. Please respect neighbors and quiet hours.

Wildlife is common in Big Bear—please keep doors closed and don’t leave food outside.

In winter, snow conditions may require chains/4WD depending on weather.
