LIVING SPACE - As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a bright and open living area, adorned with large windows that frame the captivating lake views. Sink into the comfortable sofas while watching something on the smart TV, bask in the warmth of the fireplace, and enjoy quality time with family and friends.

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath. Upstairs first master bedroom has a king bed, twin bed, gas log fireplace, smart TV with cable, and private bath with jet tub and glass enclosed tiled shower with bench. Downstairs second master bedroom has a king bed, smart TV with cable, private bath, and deck access. Downstairs third bedroom has a double/double bunk bed, crib, smart TV with cable, private bath, and deck access. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring top-of-the-line appliances and all the essentials needed to prepare delicious meals. Share laughter and create memories around the dining table or step out onto the balcony and savor your meals while taking in the stunning lake vistas.

AMENITIES - For extra entertainment, our cabin boasts a fantastic game room with a pool table, ping pong table, foosball table, and basketball hoop game. Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 9 people (8 adults max). Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
The lake levels vary throughout the year and cannot be guaranteed at the time of your stay.
