Not Bad, but won't stay there again. Walls are thin. Heard the guy in the next room sawing logs all night. Room wasn't ready at time of check in. Also, thermostat was on lock. Woke up with stagnant air, could not adjust the atmosphere.

It’s ok for one night stay. However, management should inspect the utilities regularly as washroom door lock was. It working.

Good location. Most amazing towels. Next to very busy road. I completed the online check in. But had not received the code nor the room number. I called the number posted on the locked front door. I called three times. No answer. I contacted Expedia. Who directed me back to message from site. I finally got thru to the agent who was very curt and sounded rude when I asked for assistance. Very upsetting for a check in experience.

Extremely nice lady at the front desk. She was helpful and efficient. Got me checked-in super quick and answered all my questions. Room was on the second floor and I had a cute view. Room was updated/remodeled, clean and modern. Shower water was nice and hot. Ac worked fine (it’s with a remote) . TV is a smart tv allowing you to access and stream whatever you’d like. I came in late around 11 and was checking out the next morning. Called and asked for a late checkout and she allowed it. Will definitely visit again. Also, loved the decaf coffee that’s complimentary in the room. It was perfect for my morning.

The rooms are clean and it is in a good location. The outside looks scary. The shower water was either scolding hot or just a trickle coming out. We didn’t even have a shower curtain. The beds are comfortable but the walls are paper thin.

Property is a bit older, rooms were clean, staff was nice, but the walls were paper thin and was unable to sleep due to hearing the people in the room next to mine snore and the people above me walking around every hour. A good rate if you are looking for a place to crash while traveling through.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless and very comfortable, with all the essentials I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Parking right in front made everything so convenient, and check-in was quick and easy. The A/C worked perfectly, and I had a great night's sleep. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers.

I rented the place on a dirt bike and trip for a couple of guys, because of the good value. The staff is incredibly warm and friendly, and they are in the middle of upgrading the place with modern amenities, electronic coded entry systems for the doors. Beds were super comfortable, shower work great and the place was clean. The room was missing any hooks for hanging jackets but I'm sure they well at those soon. Super easy access to downtown Big Bear village area. I would definitely stay there again.

Room was clean except for tub had some mystery debris on the rim. A lightbulb was burnt out on bedside table. There was an exposed door to the adjoining room which opened to the other room-the door to the other room was closed thankfully. A mini fridge in a motel is always appreciated but the room unfortunately, didn’t have one. What mattered was ultimately that the bed sheets were clean, the ac was cold and the tv was big! Overall a decent stay for the price.
