An incredible 6 bedroom, 5 bath, 4200 sq. ft, uniquely designed luxury home that sleeps 16. This gorgeous home is in a beautiful, convenient, and easy to access area of Big Bear Lake (close to skiing and just 1/4 mile from the lake). The home is nestled in the pines on a fenced and gated property with lots of privacy. Walk to the lake where you can fish, hike, boat, or watch the 4th of July fireworks!!! Grocery stores, restaurants, bars, and shopping are nearby.

The main house consists of 4 (of the 6) bedrooms & 4 baths. One of the bedrooms & two of the baths is on the main floor to accommodate any elderly in your group. Try out your cooking skills in the kitchen with granite countertops, custom travertine flooring, a large stove, and stainless steel built-in appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen has a large pantry available for storing your food. Our home is stocked with lots of board games for your family and friends to enjoy. This fabulous main house has two dining rooms... the custom round dining room has a table that seats 10, a small round table that seats 2 and a second dining room off the living room has a large table that seats 8. The large (620 sq. ft). the living room has a wood-burning fireplace with plenty of seating as well as a beautiful pool table, shuffleboard game, giant scrabble game, flat-screen TV, and wireless internet. Laundry facilities are provided for your use. Upstairs is the Primary Bedroom w/Jacuzzi tub and private patio. Two additional bedrooms and a full bath. The landing has a foosball game. The Castle bridge will take you to an attached private "Casita guest house" that has an additional 2 bedrooms, a living room (with yet another fireplace!), and a bathroom (with jacuzzi tub). The castle has an inner courtyard (700 sq. ft.) where you can sit and enjoy the mountain air by the fire pit or you can relax on the hammock or in the beautiful spa on the 500 sq. ft. patio out the rear of the main house. The yard has a bocci ball court and horseshoe pits. This home is the perfect location for your next family reunion, ski trip with friends, girls or guys 'weekend away', summer vacation, holiday gathering, honeymoon, anniversary, or birthday celebration.

Only about 100 miles northeast of Los Angeles, Big Bear Lake is a beautiful and convenient break from the hustle and bustle of the city. This nature lover’s paradise provides endless year-round activities. In the winter, Big Bear Lake offers skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, and tubing. In the summer, visitors love to play water sports, horseback rides, golf, hike, and mountain bike. Head to Big Bear when you need a healthy dose of fresh air, exercise, and rejuvenation.

- This home has a maximum occupancy of 16 guests with a max of 14 adults.
- Please note, all persons (including infants, children and visitors) at the home are counted towards the total occupancy of the home. Guests cannot exceed the permitted occupancy at any time.
- We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Use of outdoor spas and other outdoor activities are prohibited from 10 pm - 7 am.
​​​​​​​- No amplified sound is permitted outside at any time. Indoor sound cannot be loud enough to be audible at the property line.
- Winter weather warning- From November through March, all vehicles are required to carry chains in their vehicle.
- This home is on a fenced and gated property.
- This home does not have AC.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- Guests are responsible for disposing trash at local dumpsite in accordance with City of Big Bear policy. Charges may apply if left on property
- AvantStay plows and clears the driveway and one pathway to the front door. We provide shovels for guests to use should they wish to clear paths on any other part of the property.

You will be asked to sign a Big Bear Good Neighbor Policy prior to your stay.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
