THE SPACE
Birch Bear Lodge is designed around its incredible Moonridge views, with large windows and outdoor spaces overlooking Big Bear Lake, the valley, golf course, and surrounding mountains.

The main living area features knotty pine details, leather reclining sofas, mountain décor, and a wood-burning fireplace. Large windows bring in natural light while keeping the surrounding scenery front and center.

The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, full-size appliances, cookware, a drip coffee maker, blender, microwave, toaster, Crockpot, tea kettle, dishwasher, and everything needed for relaxed group meals.

Two spacious decks extend the living space outdoors. One features the private hot tub surrounded by pines and aspens, while the other offers outdoor seating, a propane BBQ, and panoramic views.

A separate studio/game room above the garage provides another gathering space with a pool table, convertible ping-pong table, sofas, sleeper sofa, bathroom with shower, and its own entrance.

GOOD TO KNOW

Pet Policy
Dogs are welcome for $35 per dog, per night, with a maximum of 2 dogs. Please keep pets off furniture and beds, and bring a pet bed for their comfort. The BBQ/dining deck is enclosed, but the spa deck is not enclosed. No cats, please.

Baby Equipment
A Pack 'n Play and highchair are available upon request for a delivery and pickup fee. Please arrange in advance.

All homes come with cozy blankets, duvets or comforters, fresh towels & linens. Our dedicated cleaning crew has prepared this vacation home for your arrival & will clean upon your departure.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with basic cookware, dishes, utensils, and a standard coffee maker making it enjoyable to prepare meals during your stay. Food and pantry staples are not supplied.

What we provide
Basic essentials for the kitchen, linens, towels, bar soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided.

Driveway & Vehicle Access
The driveway is not suitable for extra-wide or extremely low vehicles. Dually trucks and RVs are not permitted.

Fireworks Views
The property offers views of scheduled Big Bear fireworks displays from the home on select holidays, including Independence Day, Memorial Day, and Labor Day when applicable.


GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Guests must comply with Big Bear Lake's Good Neighbor Policy and applicable local vacation rental regulations.
Quiet hours begin at 10 PM throughout Big Bear
