Mid-Term Guest Policy:

For stays of 28 days or longer, the following requirements must be completed prior to check-in:

📌 Background Check: Required for each person staying, at a cost of $50 per person.
📌 Signed Lease Agreement: Must be completed and on file for all guests.
📌 Host Approval: Guests must pass the background and credit check requirements set by the host.

These measures are mandatory and ensure a secure and seamless experience for all parties
Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is after 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
- No Parties or Events: Please respect the quiet neighborhood by keeping noise levels down, especially after 10:00 PM.
- No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the property.
- Pets: Pets are not allowed unless previously approved.
- Respect the Space: Please treat the home with care. Report any damages or issues promptly.
- Additional Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
