« Do not book if you have children under 5 years old. I did not actually stay here. I purchased a one night stay through Expedia. Within 10 minutes the bed and breakfast called me directly to confirm my arrival time. I informed them that I have small children. The gentleman stated they do not allow children under 5. i did not see this on the listing prior to booking the one night stay. I gave five stars because he was able to quickly help me get a refund even though it was listed as...

« Our stay was absolutely magical. From the booking process, to great communication throughout the whole process with our point of contact, to the property which felt very private and safe. « I can not express how much i loved this property. It was very cozy and welcoming. The location is perfect. Very close to the city but far enough to enjot the peacful quietness that Big Bear has to offer. Property manager was amazing. Excellent customer service and very accommodating.
