Big Bear has some very important rules for all short term rentals. You must follow these rules or your stay will be canceled without refund and or a $350.00 fine will be charged for each occurrence:

1.) Do not exceed the stated occupancy limit: the max occupancy is (8) adults

2.) No parking on the street or yard and a maximum of (2) cars

3.) No amplified music 24/7

4.) Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00pm-8:00am.

5. Owners are very allergic to Pets. Pets are not allowed at this home.

*No Parties! If you have more than the number of guests in your booking your stay will be cancelled immediately. The city takes this very seriously.

Violation of any of the following will be subject to a $350 fine and any additional fines levied by the city, whether it results in a violation or not.

Please note: Big Bear is in the mountains. We do not frequently have issues, but sometimes there are power and/or wifi outages that affect the whole mountain. We do our absolute best to accommodate our wonderful guests but anything can happen. We appreciate your understanding.
