THE SPACE
The main living area is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of seating, a wood-burning fireplace, and a large smart TV. The open-concept layout connects the living room, dining area, and kitchen, creating an easy space for families and groups to gather after a day exploring Big Bear.

The fully equipped kitchen includes basic cookware, dishes, utensils, a dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, and everything needed for simple meals during your stay.

One of the home's more nostalgic touches is its VCR and collection of VHS movies, making for a fun throwback movie night with family or friends.

The primary bedroom features a King bed, TV, and private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Two additional bedrooms and a second full bathroom with a tub/shower combination provide comfortable space for the rest of the group.

Outside, unwind in the private hot tub and enjoy the peaceful mountain setting. The yard is not fully fenced, so guests traveling with dogs should plan accordingly.

Pet Policy
Dogs are welcome for $35 per dog, per night, with a maximum of 2 dogs. Please keep pets off furniture and beds, and bring a pet bed for their comfort. No cats, please.

Baby Equipment
A Pack 'n Play and highchair are available upon request for a delivery and pickup fee. Please arrange in advance.

All homes come with cozy blankets, fresh towels & linens. Our dedicated cleaning crew has prepared this vacation home for your arrival & will clean upon your departure.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with basic cookware, dishes, utensils, and a standard coffee maker making it enjoyable to prepare meals during your stay. Food and pantry staples are not supplied.

What we provide
Basic essentials for the kitchen, linens, towels, bar soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided.
