The building is located in the southern part of Bielsko-Biała, in one of the most prestigious districts of the city – Cyganski Las. This unique place combines proximity to nature with the convenience of quick access to urban amenities. The area is peaceful and picturesque, surrounded by low-rise buildings and green areas, which is conducive to relaxation away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
The cottage is situated on a 10-acre plot with direct access to the forest, ensuring complete privacy and contact with nature at your fingertips. The garden features a large terrace with a gas barbecue, ideal for relaxing in the open air.
There are many hiking and cycling trails in the immediate vicinity, including those to Kozia Góra, Kołowrót, Szyndzielnia and Klimczok. The popular Enduro Trails, the ski lift on Dębowiec and the gondola lift to Szyndzielnia are also nearby – both places can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes or by car in 3 minutes. In addition, Szczyrk, one of the most important ski resorts in the Beskids, is only a 20-minute drive away. It takes 7 minutes to get to Aleksandrowice Airport.
The location also provides excellent transport links to the rest of the city – in a few minutes you can reach the main thoroughfares, such as Cieszyńska Street and Partyzantów Street, and from there you can quickly reach both the centre of Bielsko-Biała and the S1 expressway leading to Katowice, Żywiec and the border with Slovakia.
There is free parking on the property and additional spaces in front of the gate. With cyclists in mind, there is a bike wash station for after a day's ride and a secure place to store your bike.
