Heritage House Apola

Heritage House Apola is located in the very center of Bibinje, just 6 km from the tourist town of Zadar. The house is only 100 meters from the Punta Rožica beach, where you can enjoy swimming and diving with your family and friends. This beach also offers natural shade, a concrete sunbathing area, and sunshades. The house is located in the middle of a peninsula and is surrounded by the sea on 3 sides. The nearest entrance to the sea is only 30 meters from the house. It is located in quiet street with no traffic, making it safe for children. All necessary amenities are located nearby and in the pedestrian zone: restaurants, cafes, a clinic, a shop, an ATM, etc. The Heritage House Apola complex offers accommodation for a maximum of 8 people and consists of two apartments: Oldtown Apola 1 and Oldtown Apola 2, which can also be booked separately. The house has 100 m2 of living space, 2 air conditioners, and WiFi. There are 3 bedrooms with double beds and 1 sofa bed for two people, making it ideal for two families. The dimensions of the double beds and sofas are 140x200. There are two satellite TVs in the 2 living rooms. You can use 2 bathrooms with a shower. The two kitchens are equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals for the whole family. There are two dining tables in the two dining rooms, each with 4 seats.

There is an outdoor dining table on the terrace, great for evening gatherings, and next to it is a charcoal or wood-fired grill.

The house is pet friendly, a maximum of 2 dogs can stay in it for an additional fee of €8.00 per dog per day.

Public unlimited parking is available for a fee of €40.00 per car, regardless of how many days you stay.

If you are arriving by plane, it takes 10-15 minutes by car to get to the house. Also, 2 km from the apartment is Marina Dalmacija, if you are arriving by boat.

Bibinje is a beautiful Dalmatian place where you can enjoy all-day swimming and exploring the depths of the sea. Also, in the evening there is always music and entertainment until late at night. Romantic walks at sunset are also within reach! We would also like to highlight the rich gastronomic offer of Bibinje, i.e. the Bibinje festival, where you can taste traditional local dishes. In Bibinje there is a boat that runs daily to the Kornati National Park. Also, other National Parks such as Paklenica or Krka Waterfalls are worth mentioning.

During your stay in Bibinje, be sure to visit Zadar and Biograd na moru, which also offer a rich tourist offer: musical evenings, concerts, an aquapark for children, and a rich gastronomic offer that will delight you! In Bibinje, children will enjoy a small aquapark and slides, and you can rent jet skis, bicycles, and surfboards.

If you are traveling, do not miss visiting the city of Zadar. The most famous locations of this city are the Sea Organ and the Greeting to the Sun installation where you can take pictures.
