« Hôtel surclassé à notre goût le seul point positif , une très belle vue de la chambre . Les sanitaire ne fonctionnait pas le refregirateur non plus , les chambres sont très bruyantes ( on entend tout ce qui se passe chez les voisins) petit déjeuner sommaire . Nous avons payé 90 euros ça ne les vaux clairement pas »

« I booked and paid for my room in advance. I booked a Deluxe Double with Balcony and breakfast. When I arrived, they didn't know about my booking. My room was obviously already taken but they were not honest about that. I was put into another room with no balcony and told that 'the price does not include breakfast'. After a couple of email exchanges with me providing proof of my 'confirmed' booking, he agreed to include breakfast (but he did not change my room). My 'balcony' was the shared area...

« Super séjour au Ella bamboo cabana, hotel impeccable, les hôtes sont on ne peut plus sympathique et arrangeants. Vue splendide au réveil (à condition de réserver la chambre du haut), et un petit déjeuner excellent, dans doute le meilleur de notre séjour. »
