« Check-in was horrendous. I checked in around 8:00pm and had 5 parties in front of me. None of them had reservations and all had check-in problems. Took about 1 hr for me to get checked in. Got my handicapped wife to our room door when we found out the two key cards given to us didn't work. So back to the reception desk to wait another 1/2 hr to get key cards that would work. Parties that have reservations should have priority over a party without a reservation. »

« This hotel just changed ownership from La Quinta to Hilton. They are still finishing some things but I think it will be even better once everything is done. Very nice staff, nice room »

« Gloria and Cecil were such gracious and responsive hosts. The property is beautiful and very well maintained. Breakfast surpassed our expectations. It was a very romantic experience. Would definitely book again next time I visit the area. Price of overnight stay was very reasonable. »

« The property is at a winery with beautiful views of swans and a new baby swan, and the surrounding vineyards. The grounds are in good condition and the areas next to winery are lush and green with lots of things to look at. The winery itself has good food and even better wine. The Glamp Cottage trailer we stayed in was full of amenities including an electric fireplace, outdoor fire pit, outdoor dining and a hot tub. When you walk inside it is decorated very nice. « Not quite sure how to review this property. It is advertised on Expedia as having a hot tub and that is why we booked it. When we couldn’t find the hot tub, we asked at the front desk and they said, “no hot tub but the pool is heated”. It was a very cold heated pool in my opinion… Other than that huge disappointment, it was very clean, great staff, good breakfast. I would absolutely stay there again for the other amenities. It’s just hard when you book it based on one amenity that was...

« I will neber use Expedia or this particular hilton again. I paid in advance for 4 nights for a business trip. Had an issue come up at work I CALLED the hotel direct and the Hilton told me if I dod not check in by midnight they were canceling my entire reservation (already paid for) and I would lose the money had have to create a new reservation with them. Spent 2 hours on the phone with expeda who DIRECTLY CALLED THE HOTEL told them it not to cancel the reservation that is was already paid for....
