A 6,000 sq. ft. villa with four luxurious bedrooms, a large living room, and a kitchen.
Amenities include: television, utensils, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, mixer, safe lockers, gas, oven, board games and open lawn space.
Enjoy access to a clubhouse with lawn tennis, badminton court, swimming pool, and beach volleyball court.
Just 15 minutes from the city.
Strictly not allowed non-vegetarian food, smoking, and alcohol.

2. Guest Entry Policy
Only those guests whose names have been provided during booking will be allowed.
Children aged above 1 year will be counted as one person.
3. ID Requirement
ID card is mandatory for every person.
4. Food & Eating Guidelines
Eating is allowed only in the living room and kitchen.
Eating in bedrooms is strictly prohibited.
If found eating in the bedroom, a fine of ₹2,000 will be charged.
5. Optional Services (Per Day)
Cleaning: ₹600
Cooking assistance: ₹600
Laundry and utensil washing: ₹600
6. Security Deposit
₹10,000 security deposit is required for every booking.
7. Assistance Availability
Assistance is available on call from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
8. Linen and Toiletries
One towel will be provided per person per day.
Dental kit will be provided once per room.
9. Groceries
Guests must carry their own groceries.
There will be no groceries provided.
Use of the owner's groceries is not allowed. Guests may request the caretaker if needed.
10. Property Care
Guests must not damage or break plants and trees.
A fine of ₹2,000 will be charged if found.
11. Sports Equipment
Equipment such as badminton and bat-ball are available.
Guests must return them in the same condition.
Damaged equipment will be chargeable.
12. Check-in / Check-out Timings
Check-in time: 12:00 PM
Check-out time: 10:00 AM
Late check-out will be charged at ₹1,500 per hour.
13. Power Backup
In case of power failure, there are no generators available.
14. Lost Keys
If any keys are lost, ₹2,000 will be charged per key.
15. Campfire Policy
Campfires are not allowed in the villa.
If found, a fine of ₹5,000 will be charged.
16. Check-out Process
Guests must hand over the villa to the caretaker before leaving.
Security deposit will be refunded only after caretaker approval.
