« Joules and her Son were absolutely wonderful hosts. We couldn’t have been made to feel any more welcome and we had absolutely everything we needed for our stay.
The breakfast was outstanding - lots of choice and super fresh and tasty.
Joules’ baking was a great surprise treat, a lovely touch in our room on arrival and the Brownies later in our stay were out of this world!
Our room was spotless, very comfy bed, lovely armchairs with the spectacular view over Ironbridge and the valley....

« The room was clean and functional but, there some teething problems with lighting (make sure lower hallway lights are on for room 5 - up top); the kitchenette, if needed, requires a few more tools & gadgets (bread knife, cork screw/bottle opener - assume nothing and ask) and some (flat pack) furniture has been poorly assembled and rattles.
But overall it was warm, quiet, double bed with, a decent corner shower room, including a few necessaries, to make it a comfy experience. »

« Whilst the bed linen was clean the carpet has many questionable stains.
No cups or spoons in the room.
Whilst having a coffee out of a glass seems very cosmopolitan, when the newest coffee is 2 months out of date it makes you wonder when the room was last cleaned properly. »
