« A very unpleasant experience, beside the kindness of the staff (on the efficiency, let’s skip) and the free parking. The structure is old and has been refurbished, but not too weel. The room is very humid and if you need an adaptor for electricity it is available…but you have to pay 4 GBP and buy it!!! The room itself loses a lot of space with a very long desk along all one wall. Two large chairs do not allow to pass correctly around the bed. Do you want internet? Sometimes it works, a lot...

« Apart from the noise of the traffic in and around the guest house it was a great place to stay unfortunately the nearest parking was either on some estate 2-5mins up the road and in bad conditions not ideal or parking at the Severn Valley Railway which Station it’s self(£4 charge for 24 hour parking) however gates are locked at 7:30pm. Otherwise a nice place friendly staff »

« What a wonderful place…Jules was an incredible host nothing was too much trouble. Home baked cakes in our room every day lovely touch! Breakfast was excellent, she catered for all diets, vegan, gluten free. There were 2 fellow guests who were totally unreasonable and seemed to moan about everything! Such a shame when Jules and her son Andreas went above and beyond to accommodate your needs. Some people are only happy when they’re moaning! If you see a negative review dismiss it….Heritage View...

« Kateshill is an absolute gem and manager Sam made our recent stay a joy. She makes you feel like you are home from home. The full English breakfasts are incredible. The bedrooms are huge. Everything about our stay was perfect and I would return in a heartbeat. The grounds are beautiful and immaculate. I recommend highly. »

« You get what you pay but very run down property and amenities were not up to scratch. Really noisy building so if you are wanting a good night sleep then good luck. Check in was really easy and good but front door seems to be not closed properly by others so never felt fully safe during my stay. Again it does the job and you get what you pay for »

« We stayed the night whilst travelling down from Manchester on route home. We would HIGHLY recommend staying here. Immaculately clean, lovely rooms and you even get yoghurt and granola and a homemade flapjack for the morning. The bed was really comfortable and also parking easy just a couple of doors away. Also there is a lovely little cafe on the ground floor. »

« The room and the wi fi was ok but the whole place is dirty.I’m not satisfied with the amount I paid for this room, no good services, no friendly environment, there is only one bathroom for 6 rooms which was so dirty and when I contacted the customer service they said it’s a shared house and they said they have a cleaning scheduled on Friday which was only emptying the bin in the kitchen. No recommended to women at all »
