🔔 You will take the entire house
🔔 After your booking is confirmed, you will receive detailed check-in instructions three days before your arrival, including how to collect the keys and access the house and the garage.
🔔 If your booking is made less than three days before check-in, the instructions will be sent to you immediately.
🔔 The living room is equipped with heating and cooling air conditioning. The bedrooms have electric heaters but no fixed air conditioning. However, the house is equipped with four portable evaporative coolers for guest use.

Other things to note
📌 During the guest's stay, it is mandatory to strictly adhere to the garbage classification and disposal rules posted in the check-in instructions. Guests are required to place the bins outside on the nature strip area in front of the house every Monday evening.
📌 Care of Access Devices

Guests are kindly requested to exercise utmost care and responsibility when handling keys, and any other access devices provided for the duration of their stay. In the event of loss or damage to any of these access devices, a replacement fee of $230 will be charged.
📌 Oven Usage and Cleaning
------------
Guests are welcome to use the oven as needed during their stay. However, we kindly request that you clean the oven thoroughly after each use. Failure to do so may result in an additional cleaning fee ranging from $50 to $80, depending on the extent of cleaning required. Your cooperation in maintaining the cleanliness of the oven is greatly appreciated.
📌 Housekeeping and Cleanliness

During your stay, we kindly request that you maintain a reasonable clean within the accommodation. Excessive dirt or disorder caused by guests may result in an additional cleaning fee that guests will be responsible for.
📌 Pet
--------------
Guests may bring up to one well-behaved pet with them. Pet details must be disclosed to the host in advance, and prior approval is required before booking or arrival. Please note that an additional pet fee applies for stays with pets.
This house does not provide any pet-specific amenities.
If you are bringing a pet with you, please bring all necessary pet supplies yourself.
📌Bed Linen & Towels

We provide one set of bed linen for each bed, including a bed sheet, doona cover, and pillowcases, along with two bath towels per bed. Please note that additional bed linen or towels are not provided. Guests are welcome to use the washing machine and dryer during their stay to wash and reuse the linen and towels as needed.
