Fully remodeled/renovated in 2022 with a new kitchen and all new bathrooms, this multilevel oceanfront vacation home is located on the ocean side of Coastal Highway in prestigious North Bethany. The home includes access to an outdoor swimming pool (summer months), tennis courts, and a private beach. Enjoy a view of the ocean, breathe in the fresh ocean air, and soak up the sunshine in the outdoor living space. You'll be conveniently located close to downtown Bethany Beach where you can explore the shops, experience casual or fine dining, and enjoy the boardwalk activities. Level one has outdoor showers and an entry foyer. Level two is the living area level and includes a large oceanfront deck, an open porch into the entry foyer, a laundry room, and a primary bedroom and bathroom. Level three has two oceanfront master bedrooms and bathrooms (one with a spiral staircase to the loft area), two additional bedrooms and two bathrooms, two decks, and a bonus room. Level four is the crow's nest with outstanding views.

It is a beautiful ocean front home with great amenities. The front deck is a wonderful spot with comfy furniture. You can spend all day there, weather allowing. Nicely equipped kitchen and very clean throughout.

July 2025 Family Stay

This home was perfect for a family stay in every way. Its location and beach access can’t be beat. It’s wraparound porch, comfortable common spaces, well appointed kitchen and beautiful bedrooms made for a luxurious vacation. Booking was easy and communication leading up to and during our stay was very reliable. A 5 star stay for sure.

Shell yeah! We had a great time.

Wonderful location; beautiful views and lots of space for our multi generational family vacation. Kitchen was perfect. Upstairs bedrooms could get a bit warm, but an extra rotating fan did the trick. We are coming back next year.

Perfect house in Bethany Beach

This 5 bedroom oceanfront house is the perfect place to gather family. Spacious, well maintained and with lots of unique ocean viewpoints. The hosts are fantastic, always available as needed snd gracious. We'll definitely be coming back!

You might think the location alone (right on a pristine, quiet, clean stretch of beautiful beach, replete with dolphins, horseshoe crabs, and soaring sea birds) would be enough to earn a rave review, but then, add in that not only is this is a gorgeous, well-appointed, immaculately clean house, but also that these thoughtful owners have stocked the property with everything their guests could possibly anticipate needing, and now you're at a 10-star review on a scale of 5. When I say stocked, I mean from the small things (a handful of laundry pods in the laundry room; dishwasher packs; oven mitts; small appliances--both a regular coffee pot AND a Keurig!) to the big things (beach chairs and toys; beach umbrellas; a grill on the deck). We've stayed at other beach homes before, and it's not uncommon for owners to stock their homes with these sorts of items, but so often, we've found the items in question seem like afterthoughts, left behind when those other owners upgraded (ratty linens, rusty chairs, etc.) Not so here: every single item the owners placed in the home for their guests' use is clean and in terrific condition--even the fly swatters were new and spotless, not to mention that their chess set even had all the necessary pieces. The overall feeling for our family was that we were welcome guests and very well cared-for in this gracious setting. Could not have enjoyed our stay one iota more, except for it to be a little longer. Thank you so; we hope to return next year!

A beautiful property in an ideal location with beachfront views. Located in an exclusive community where quiet peacefulness is the theme. We greatly enjoyed our stay. The hosts were responsive to any questions, though most questions were answered in their email prior to arrival.

Beautiful Beach Week

My friends and I spent a mid-April week in this property and thoroughly enjoyed it. We like off-season beach time and took many beach walks, saw dolphins, eagles and lots of frolicking dogs. Cindi, the property manager, was very responsive and provided good suggestions for stores and restaurants. The only caution is that there are lots of stairs so if you have people in your party with limited mobility, consider that.

We walked on the beach and took advantage of Fager's Island and the Good Earth for meals. We did entertain a lifelong friend and her spouse for lunch. When they entered the property, they were harassed at the gate when they entered the code and told to turn around - necessitating going back onto the highway. This was unfortunate; it dampened the mood. Please explain. Otherwise, THANK YOU,

Magical Oceanfront House

I had high expectations from this property but all of them were exceeded. It was the best ocean vacation we’ve ever had. The house was in pristine condition and immaculately clean. Ocean views from nearly every room. Communication with the owners was excellent and all the codes we were given worked the first time. Superb stay; thank you. We will definitely be back.

Beach getaway

This is our second year staying at this wonderful beachfront property. We have nothing but great things to say about this house especially its location being right on the beach and so close to the town of Bethany. Our only complaint had nothing to do with the house itself, it was just not a good week weatherwise - very windy and cool - not conducive for the beach. We highly recommend staying at this property and hope to return in the future.

Great Family Vacation

We had an amazing week! We enjoyed this beachfront property so much. The house was very clean with beautiful furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen. There were plenty of beach chairs for our family. The host was easy to contact and quick to answer any question we had. I look forward to renting this house again!

Family Vacation!

This home was a true delight. We spent a week with family including grandparents and younger kids. There is plenty of space for everyone to spread out and also have their own space to read or relax. The kids could easily walk up and down to the beach with convenient access and outdoor showers. The pool and tennis were a big bonus as well. The owner and property manager were both very responsive and incredibly pleasant. The location is a quick drive to Bethany or Rehoboth and there are several restaurants for delivery and dinner at the big table overlooking the ocean. On our drive back home we were tempted to book again for next summer!
