The large flatscreen TV will make for fun movie nights with friends, and you can provide some terrific snacks in the full kitchen equipped with all the appliances and counter space you'll need. Coffee enthusiasts will appreciate the coffee maker, Keurig, and Nespresso in the home! Serve your dinner guests at the dining table with seating for four, or head outside to the furnished patio to enjoy an alfresco meal on the table/chair set. You can use the high-speed WiFi to research a new outdoor adventure or download a good playlist to your device for a trip to the community fitness center. The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony.
