There's room for the whole family in this spacious two-story 4-bedroom (and loft), 3.5-bath Sea Colony Tennis Community townhome (near the Aquatic Center)! With a rear screened porch and front patio, this resort retreat's main level features a living and dining area, well-equipped eat-in kitchen, half bathroom and a master suite. The top floor is home to the open loft, a full bathroom (shared by bedrooms 3 and 4) and the remaining three bedrooms, including the second master suite. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 6 TVs, 4 DVDs, Blu-ray, gas fireplace, Wifi. Plus, two bicycles and a boogie board in the garage (courtesy items not guaranteed). Notes: This Sea Colony vacation rental features carpet in the bedrooms, with wood flooring in the living and dining areas. The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony.
