The spacious, three-bedroom layout features a living and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, a full hallway bathroom, and two bedrooms, including the main bedroom suite with a walkout to the balcony and its own private bath. At-home meal planning is made easy in the full kitchen equipped with all major appliances, including a dishwasher for easy cleanup. Everyone can gather in the living room for shows or movies on the smart TV and each bedroom includes a TV for added convenience. Central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer and dryer round out the in-home essentials.

The ground floor of this individual building hosts an indoor pool and a fitness center. Guests also have access to all the pools and amenities in Sea Colony.

The fireplace is not available for guest use.

Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
