Settle into the cozy sectional sofa in the sunlit living area and watch some TV while the chef in your group whips up home-cooked meals in the well-equipped, full kitchen. Dine at the breakfast bar, the indoor table with seating for six, or outdoors on the furnished balcony. And with the addition of a screened-in, furnished deck, opening the sliding glass doors almost doubles the size of your living space! Throughout the Sea Colony community, you'll find a variety of resort-style amenities including several shared outdoor and indoor pools, two hot tubs, a fitness center, and world-class tennis courts.

Hop aboard the community trolley to discover private Sea Colony beaches in the area. A mile away, visit the Marketplace with its restaurants and shops. Explore downtown Bethany Beach with its boardwalk, gift shops, and unique dining options, all less than two miles from your door. THINGS TO KNOW

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Well located and loved the modifications

The under stairs pantry was great. So often you end up storing your groceries on the counter, but this was great. Well equipped, lots of beds and the screened in porch was fabulous.

Large Condo!

We love Sea Colony, beach, tennis, pickball, ect….Great large condo for family of 5, never felt crowded at all. 3 FULL baths a huge plus!!! LOVED the screened in porch. Master Bedroom bed needs to be replaced, furniture in and on porch could use a good cleaning along with a touch of mold on the porch ceiling. Would definitely return if bed is replaced :) thanks for a great week!

Relaxing vacation!

We loved the home and how close it was to everything. It was an easy drive to the beach, the boardwalk, and restaurants. The home was clean and inviting. Some of the lights were out though, including one at the entrance to the home. Lighting at night was poor, which made going down the stairs feel unsafe. We did not get to any of the pools, but we hope to be back.

Needs a little love

The location was great for us and there is a lot of space in this condo. The screened in porch is also a nice feature. However, the house needed some deep cleaning. The shower curtain liners were covered in mold, the washing machine was also moldy and smelled of mildew, and the kitchen sink leaked in the cabinet below. Vacasa addressed the shower curtain and kitchen sink issues after I reported them, but these should have been addressed prior to our arrival. The deck was not clean enough to be of much use.

House was not fit to rent

From the night we got into the home we quickly realized that the internet was not working and we had kids in college who needed to be online we quickly sent an email to the website since we were never sent an email with owners info for contact that email was never answered during that same night we realized the refrigerator was leaking I mean leaking like an open pipe the kitchen was only equipped with 4 coffee mugs when the home is fit to house 8 there wasn't a proper knife or proper pots and pans it was not a comfortable getaway the home needs quite a few adjustments to make it comfortable for family getaway the setting was nice but a lot can be done to make home a little more accommodating and for future reference notes should be left for renters for garbage disposal and proper communication information should be left in case of issues with stay

Great location

This was our first time at Sea Colony. The location of this home was perfect! We had the tennis courts & a pool right behind us and the tram stop was in front. Best part was we were the last tram stop before heading to the beach. The house was just enough space for our group of 7. Kitchen had all the basic cookware & utensils for preparing meals. We found the maintenance staff friendly & quick with service to replace the ice maker filter on the fridge.

We enjoyed this condo, especially the screened porch which was inviting not only to us but to a mama robin who laid three eggs while we were there in a nest just outside the screen. The beds were comfy with the exception of the double mattress in the loft (very soft) and the kitchen was well stocked. Our only complaint was the cheap Keurig coffee machine that made every cup of our dark roast coffee weak. A new machine of a higher quality is in order and a second option for regular brewer might make sense. Who needs weak coffee on vacation?! Condo location was nice, close to tennis and pool, a 20 minute walk to the ocean. Would definitely stay here again.
