    Overlook the surf and sand from the private balcony of this fully renovated seventh-floor oceanfront condo just steps to Sea Colony's half-mile private beach and oceanfront pools! With an easy single-level layout, this resort getaway features a living and dining area, brand-new furnishings, remodeled bathrooms, and new carpeting in the bedrooms. It also boasts a well-equipped kitchen completely updated with a new stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, quartzite countertops, backsplash, reconditioned cabinetry, and a complete complement of all-new utensils and cookware. Additional perks include central air-conditioning, a private washer/dryer, and a new water heater. Relax at home with complimentary WiFi, and three Roku-enabled 55' LED TVs spread out between the living area and bedrooms. Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community features a half-mile of private beach, 12 pools (two indoor), world-class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, a community shuttle, and year-round security. Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis magazine's Best U.S. Resorts and by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world. Guests of Sea Colony can enjoy access to the boardwalk, tax-free shopping, amusement parks, water parks, mini-golf, two public/private golf courses nearby, a movie theater, and fun activities like fishing, kayaking, and surfing.

    THINGS TO KNOW

    Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.



    Important: Your stay is within the Sea Colony Resort which has a mandatory amenity fee that is an additional cost. Not purchasing your required Sea Colony Resort Fee prior to your arrival may delay your VueStay reservation Check-in.

    The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony. Rates are subject to change without notice, and VueStay does not guarantee amenity availability.

I've stayed in many units in Annapolis House and this one was the most comfortable and up to date. The furniture, beds, window treatments, and general aesthetics of the décor are top notch. The only negative I have is the unit wasn't available to rent the following year for the time I wanted.

Perfect Beach Getaway

We loved our stay here! The place was clean, well stocked, and had a great view. We enjoyed the beach and the quick walk to it. Our kids loved that the beach had a slide and a swing! The bedrooms were perfectly sized to fit multiple pack n plays. We hope to stay here again one day!

Great family rental

We loved how open the living space felt. Large, comfortable beds were a definite plus. Kitchen was updated and well stocked. Great beachfront unit and we took advantage of the resort amenities. Kids hoped around to the indoor pools and we even swam in the heated outdoor pool on the bayside! Wonderful stay!
