« A delightful simple cottage, with all the basics for a cosy stay on the mountain. Well appointed, but basic, with good kitchen facilities and a nice fireplace heater. It was very quiet, close to basic shops, cafes and dining options. Nice comfortable bedding and heating (it was down in negative Celsius temperatures on our visit). Good for a stay in Tamborine for a short or longer term. Host was very helpful. Would return here. »

« Great quiet place to stay. Very spacious. Lovely walk nearby. Richard was very helpful. Maybe a repeater for the wifi as it was hard to connect sometimes as it would be a great quiet place to work. Would definitely stay again. »

« We really enjoyed our stay. Excellent beds. House was comfortable, homely and maintained to a high standard. Equipped with anything you’d need to self cater or stay longer than a week. The aircon worked well on the few chilly nights. Located in a quiet neighbourhood a short stroll from the water with beautiful bird life in and around the yard. Host Michaela was friendly, thoughtful and helpfully provided information about the island. We would happily stay again. »

« Staff communications mix up placed us in an upgraded room and an hour later we were told we had to shift rooms the next morning. Staff helped with the move.Room lacked table and chairs making do with 2 lounge chairs and a tea trolley. toilet ran out of flushing water on several occasions during the night. Bed OK but doona much too heavy. Lovely setting, too bad bar and restaurant only open at weekends. We would not return. »
