ABOUT THIS SPACE

Sandstone Falls is a 2BR/1BA condo inside The Cascade Condos complex — thoughtfully set up for families and groups who want a real home base for exploring the western UP. Full kitchen, shared on-site laundry, and a game room that gives the whole group somewhere to land at the end of a long day outside.

THE BEDROOMS — Bedroom 1: king bed. Bedroom 2: two queen beds. Soft linens, extra pillows, and blackout curtains in every room. Sleeps 6.

THE KITCHEN — Fully stocked for real cooking. Full refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and all the cookware, utensils, and dishes you need. No running out for supplies.

THE LIVING ROOM — Gas fireplace (seasonal), comfortable seating, and a layout that actually works for a group. Space to spread out and wind down after a full day on the trails.

THE GAME ROOM — Shared access to the complex game room. Great for kids and adults alike — the place where evenings stretch out longer than planned.

ON-SITE LAUNDRY — Shared laundry room on-site at the complex. Pack lighter, stay longer.

The Cascade Condos sit in Bessemer, Michigan — one of the best-positioned spots in the western UP for waterfall chasing, ATV riding, and Lake Superior access.

BLACK RIVER HARBOR & WATERFALLS (20 min) — Five waterfalls through old-growth forest leading to a sandy Lake Superior beach. The best day hike in the area, and it's right down the road.

LAKE SUPERIOR (20 min) — Agate hunting, paddleboarding, kayaking, cliff diving, or just sitting at the edge of the largest freshwater lake in the world.

COPPER PEAK (5 min) — The highest ski jump in the Western Hemisphere, open summers for chairlift rides with one of the most dramatic views in the Midwest. Worth every minute.

ATV & SIDE-BY-SIDE TRAILS — Ottawa National Forest ORV network accessible within minutes. 500+ miles of designated routes through Gogebic and Iron Counties via the MI-TRALE system.
