She gave us a lot of information about dining options in the area and information about taking the local train (we were taking a train to London the next day). I would have loved to have spent more time here. »

« This is an excellent well-run hotel. Our room (and all the others, I guess) has been modernsed to a very high standard in recent years. Everything has been done well, with great attention to detail. The restaurant has a very good, reasonably priced menu. It is clearly very popular. Without exception, the staff were excellent.
