There was no dock in the water as advertised, the paddle boat was filled with water and dirty, the outdoor furniture was not cleaned and had dead bugs all over it. I communicated the week prior to arrival asking about life jackets to use the boats and was told they should be there but it would be confirmed. I kept following up but no confirmation. "Magnifique hôtel, vue à couper le souffle, très belle chambre. Manque un peu d’activités compte tenu de la taille du resort. Dommage que les enfants ne puissent avoir accès qu’à une seule piscine extérieure, pas très grande d’ailleurs, ça devient vite monotone. Restaurant Tiller correct, tout le reste c’est snack et fastfood, donc clairement pas au niveau du standing. Le manger sain devrait être le standard dans un hôtel de cette catégorie, on n’y est clairement pas. Dans l’ensemble un peu impersonnel. La bonne nouvelle : tout ceci est totalement améliorable. Le lieu en lui même est dingue."
