« Excellent stay, check in/out process was very smooth! »

« We were able to walk to just about everywhere we wanted to go on our visit to Dubuque. A good brewery is next door and a good bistro is half a block away. Other coffee shops are a block away and a top notch eatery a block away with the Carnegie-Stout Public Library about three blocks away. »

« The host was exceptional and responsive to answering questions. The property was well maintained and the host made the space quite quaint with a lot of extra amenities. »

« This is our 3rd time staying in on of Ken’s properties. Always clean,, plenty of room, and great directions for parking and getting into the rental. The location is perfect and close to everything downtown Dubuque. »

« Easy check in. The host immediately answered any questions I had. »

« Beautiful loft with great location to walk to a variety of restaurants »

« Nice property, great location, safe, clean and super easy check out process Would be nice to be able to control temp, it was a little chilly Love that there is parking off street provided but space is tight next to utility pole especially if 2 cars are in spot next to it »

« Had private (off the street) parking, walking distance to nice amenities. Very clean and thoughtful hosts of property. Nicest stay I've ever had traveling. »

« Great place to stay. Conveniently located and clean. Comfortable bed and quiet. »

« Very comfortable and roomy space. Great for relaxing in the evening after exploring Dubuque and the sounding areas. We ate out (many restaurants to try), so we didnt use the kitchen, but it was stocked with what we would have needed to cook. Very comfortable bed (that is so critical to us). Loved the back porch for sitting outside (or the front porch would also be good if you'd prefer shade). Thanks!! »

« Clean, pretty, convient. Loved it. Will stay again! »

« Great getaway location which includes a coffee shop nearby! The property had everything we needed and more. We hope to return. »

« Clean. Good location, Ken responded in a timely fashion for any questions. I would stay here again. »

« Ken was friendly and was quick to answer any questions I had. Our place was clean and comfortable and close to things within walking distance. »

« Very nice apartment. Awesome location. Host was super accommodating. »

« The condo is nice, we were in town for a short stay and for my wife and I, it was exactly what we wanted. For a one bedroom condo it is spacious in the living room, kitchen, and bedroom. The bathroom is cozy though. It’s on the second level which is probably just something I overlooked. We would stay there again. »

« Everything about this experience was great. The communication and guidance to the location was very helpful. The rental besides being very clean, it gave a peaceful destressing feeling. Would recommend 100% »

« Clean, comfortable with plenty of extra touches that made it a top-notch stay. Ken is quick to reply with excellent communication. The apartment is even more spacious than photos show and in easy walking to plenty of dining options with convenient dedicated parking. »

« We had a wonderful day! The home is comfortable, the beds were especially comfortable, and it had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the elevator that led to Downtown and many of the tractions we wanted to visit. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again the next time we’re in Dubuque. Thanks for a great place to stay! »
