Full of light, the spacious living room is centered around a decorative wood-burning fireplace. With its smart TV and comfortable seating, this space is perfect for movie viewing and afternoon reading sessions. When you aren't hanging out here, the home's sunroom provides another pleasant spot to sit and enjoy each other's company. When hunger arises, the adorable kitchen showcases elements of vintage charm with its light blue cabinetry and mid-century modern dining table.

Equally comfortable, the bedrooms are lined with soft linens and tasteful decor pieces. The bunk room will be well-loved by the kids as it has its own private TV. Central air-conditioning, a private washer/dryer, and a Pack-N-Play round out the interior amenities.

Outside, fun in the sun awaits you as you'll have access to a hammock, a shared pool, a volleyball court, and a basketball court. Less than 13 miles from your stay, enjoy exploring Baja Amusements, Embers Island Mini Golf, the Ocean City Boardwalk, and the Freeman Arts Pavilion. Only 14 miles away, you'll find Assateague Island, as well as state and national parks, for scenic strolls you can all take together.

Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
There is a daily fee for guests to use the pool.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
