The Space:

Located directly on Turville Creek within the marina, the cottage offers beautiful waterfront surroundings and easy access to the area's favorite beaches, dining, entertainment, and attractions. Ocean City is about 15 minutes away, while Berlin and Ocean Pines are approximately 8 minutes away. Ocean Downs Casino is just 1 mile from the property. Comfortable, coastal style suite with queen bed, queen sleeper, full bath, dining table and kitchenette (small refrigerator, cooktop and microwave). Kitchen utensils, plates, glassware, pot and pans, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap and hairdryer provided. Keurig coffee maker with small starter kit also provided.

A car is recommended for getting around the area and exploring the Eastern Shore. Sea Breeze Cottage has 1 dedicated parking space on site. Ocean City beaches and the boardwalk are about 15 minutes away, while Berlin and Ocean Pines are approximately 8 minutes away. Guests can also bring a kayak or paddleboard and access Turville Creek from the floating dock. Please note that boat slips and trailer parking are not available on site.
