Kitchen and Sunroom are newly updated for the 2025 Season. New bar room doors were installed in 2024 so you can enjoy the open view from the bar to the waterfront. Make your family vacation memories here. Updated in 2022 with new master bedroom furniture, updated master bathroom, new screen porch furniture, and new eat in kitchen furniture. With the spacious design, there is room for the whole family. The entryway welcomes you into the living room where you can relax after a long day of beach combing and seashell searching. From the living room you can gather in the kitchen for your evening meal. If you prefer outdoor dining, gathering on the deck or screened porch overlooking the water. A short walk down the stairs and you enter the spacious family room. The kids have ample room to play games, watch a movie, or socialize in this area. The bar room is also downstairs, offering a table to sit and sip a glass of wine, or sit at the bar and have your favorite drink. Weather at the table or bar, you will have full views of the canal and water. If relaxation is what you crave, sink into the jacuzzi tub and enjoy your quiet time. The top floor has all 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a private balcony with bird's eye views of the canal. The oversized multi-level deck is great for sunbathing, morning coffee, or watching the boats float by. The firepit is located on the multi-level decking which is perfect for those cool summer nights. With a private dock at the property, it is perfect for the water enthusiast. Bring your boat or jet skis and have the convivence of walking from house to boat. The garage is an added amenity for beach equipment storage or use of the ping pong table. Bed sizes are: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Full, and 3 Queen size sleep sofas, and 1 full size Futon. Additional fees may apply for some community amenities including pools, golf, tennis, etc., please inquire. LINENS AND TOWELS ARE INCLUDED. **NO USE OF BOAT LIFTS** This home is not available for high school/college “Beach Week”. Cancellation fee will apply.

This house is perfect. Just what we were looking for and plenty of space. The water pressure was amazing (people with long hair can sympathize), the beds were comfy and the kitchen was loaded with any gadget you could think of. The patios were my favorite part and being able to park our boat there was the best. We would stay here again.

This was our first stay at Bowen’s Landing and it exceeded our expectations. The home was clean, well maintained and very comfortable. We enjoyed the screened in porch on the canal, the game room along with the sunroom. The outdoor furniture was nice and the deck was spacious. The kitchen was well stocked. We are already planning on returning later in the summer.

Wonderful Property - Good Location

The property was clean and had a lot more space than the pictures showed. Our teenagers really enjoyed crabbing off the deck and using the kayaks. Great property and wonderful experience.

Perfect place to stay while attending wedding!

Clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Great for adults to hang out on screen porch and teens to enjoy ping pong, biking, water sports, large TV for movies. Five minutes by car to play golf! Would rent again.

Loved the house!

This house was the perfect location. It was clean and well stocked when we arrived. The back screened porch was where we spent most of our time. Lovely out there facing the canal. Our grandchildren loved the downstairs family room. It was just perfect. Will definitely be back!

Paradise

We absolutely loved renting this home. Our family had to rent four homes in the Pines bc we have a big family (36 people) and this was by far my favorite. It was super clean and decorated beachy so that was great. The beds were comfortable and there was extra blow up mattresses which was a great when a cousin or two wanted to crash with us. We would def come back if the opportunity presents itself!
