The Space:
A modern 2-room vacation apartment awaits you in the middle of the neighborhood of Friedrichshain at Boxhagener Platz. The apartment was recently (autumn 2023) core renovated as well as completely refurnished and now offers every comfort to stay in the capital.
The premises offer space for 1 to a maximum of 4 people. In the new fitted kitchen you can cook ideally and then eat comfortably at the spacious dining table.

The subway station Samariterstraße is only 3 minutes walk away. From there you can reach very quickly popular places in Berlin. For example, it takes only 10 minutes to Alexanderplatz, 11 minutes to the Museum Island, 12 minutes to the Brandenburg Gate and 15 minutes to the main train station.

You can easily get into the apartment via a key safe directly at the house entrance. You will receive the corresponding code shortly before arrival. When you leave, you return the key with the code to the key box.

We will also provide you with recommendations on places of interest in Berlin, to-dos in the vicinity as well as restaurants, cafes and bars.

A small but nice surprise awaits you at arrival.

The Neighborhood:
Mainzer Straße 12 is located in the popular district of Friedrichshain, directly in the hip Boxi-Kiez at Boxhagener Platz. Restaurants, cafés and bars can be found here in all imaginable flavors. We will be happy to provide you with a detailed list and recommendations in the apartment. From here you can reach popular sights quickly and easily.
