The Space:

Welcome to Right Mountain Attitude - a thoughtfully restored mountain cabin tucked into the quiet hills above Berkeley Springs. We've blended vintage character with modern comforts to create a warm home built for slowing down, gathering around the table, and making memories that last.



Spread across two levels, the cabin offers plenty of room to spread out: sip coffee and spin vinyl in the sunlit Morning Room, unwind on the screened-in Sun Porch, challenge the family to Pac-Man and foosball in the Family Room, settle into the oversized sectional in the Game Den for cards and Wii, or queue up a VHS tape for movie night in the Throwback Lounge. When the sun goes down, gather around the smokeless fire pit or soak beneath the stars in the brand-new hot tub. Guests also have access to the community pool and the resort's newest on-site restaurant.

Getting Around:

Your cabin is nestled on the Coolfont Resort grounds, with easy access to everything the region has to offer. The property features a gravel driveway (4WD recommended in winter months). Historic downtown Berkeley Springs is just 11 minutes away, where you'll find antique shops, restaurants, breweries, and coffee spots. Most activities such as hiking, state parks, the mineral springs, and river tubing are within a 10-15 minute drive. Everything you need for a memorable mountain getaway is close by, but far enough away to feel peaceful and secluded.



Other Things to Note:

-The driveway is gravel. 4WD is required for vehicles in the winter

-A simple rental agreement will be sent to you upon booking - Please note your reservation is not confirmed until the agreement is completed with a photo ID.

Cleaning & Sanizitation

- Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.



No Pets Allowed

- We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable for accommodating them.



No smoking Inside

- Please refrain from smoking! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.



No Parties/Events

- We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Quiet hours are 10PM-7AM. The minimum age to book is 25 years old.



Pool

- We provide 4 community pool passes per stay, which is the maximum number allowed by the HOA. This allows 4 people to go to the pool at one time. The pool is open Memorial Day - Labor Day.
