While there’s a TV in the living area, the real star is the serenity of nature right outside your window.
Upstairs, you’ll find two inviting bedrooms—both offering queen beds—each with its own private bathroom.
The lower level offers three full-size beds with an attached bathroom, plus a cozy sitting area, an additional living room with a bar, TV, and a sofa sleeper—perfect for game nights or extra space for guests.

*Arrival packet with door code & driving directions sent after rental agreement is returned and within 3 days of your stay

*Self-catering property: starter amenities provided for first use only
*Trash/recyclables must be properly bagged & placed in outside bin to avoid wildlife and extra fees
*Cancellation Policy: A $25 processing fee will be charged for all canceled reservations.
*Mailed items: USPS does not provide service in the community. UPS/FedEx are not always guaranteed. Potomac Property Group is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.

*No street parking (per fire code)
*No daily housekeeping unless prior request and payment received; washer & dryer available
*Septic systems: Our septic systems are fragile, items such as feminine products, paper towels, excess toilet paper, or anything else that does not belong in a toilet can cause a backup in the system. Additional charges will apply in the event you cause a clogged toilet.

*ADDITIONAL CHARGES THAT WILL APPLY IF ISSUES BELOW ARRISE: (please read the rental agreement in full to see all details)

- $500 - smoking inside and/or smoking debris left outside for cleanup.
- $100 - moved/relocated furniture.
- $450 - frozen/locked HVAC unit (caused when the thermostat is lower than 68°F in the summer months and higher than 75°F in the winter months).
-$200 - Trash issues.
-$250 - Hot Tub issues caused by guests (hot tub coming soon)
- $90 - each clogged toilet.
