« On my work trip lasting two nights near RIT this hotel suited me perfectly providing cleanliness plus parking , also enjoyed free gym use helping refresh between meetings. »

« The host was very receptive and accommodating. The property was accurately described and illustrated in photos. I had an extended stay, the amenities were adequate and the property location was central for my needs. The steps to access and two small interior steps could be an issue if one has mobility issues. Would do a repeat stay. »

« Clean, Great staff, »

« We found a half-filled bottle of vodka under the bed, so not so great a room. »

« It is obvious that the pictures in the listing were many years old. This unit was dirty and run down. The shower/tub had mold. The towel holder was ripped off the wall and sitting on the floor. There was a slight unpleasant smell to the bathroom. There was a used towel hanging on the back of the door. I had to use the clean towels to fill in the gapping holes in window because the air conditioner was held in place with failing duct tape. It got down to 39 degrees one of the nights I slept there....

« Simple airport stopover spot. Solid bed and TV included. »

« Beautiful home! It was like a home away from home and you had everything you needed! Highly recommend booking this place! We had 5 adults and we all fit perfectly. Host a as amazing! We were visiting the area for the pride fest and it RAINEDDDD and host accommodated us to let us in early, which we really appreciated! »

« The room was ok but I would not recommend this for family with young kids. »

« It was a great house with lots of space for 5 of us. Hosts were great and helpful. Cutest friendly dog joined us for coffee on the front porch each morning! I would definitely stay there again! »

« Staff were helpful and the bed was clean and comfortable »

« First off, it is not even in the same building as listed in the photo. There was a homeless person sleeping on the steps outside the building. The interior is MUCH SMALLER than the pictures you see. The furnishings are not as they are in the pictures. We were there 2 minutes and turned around to find another place to stay. DO NOT BE FOOLED!! This place is a joke! Horrible. »

« Quaint…close to neighborhood of the arts district »

« Checked in late and the process took under two minutes. Fridge kept drinks cold, bathroom stayed clean throughout my stay with daily room service visible outside hallway door. »

« Parking was easy with plenty of spots near entrance making coming in or going out hassle-free for me personally. »
