Welcome to your home away from home in the heart of Bentonville! This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath retreat offers comfort, convenience, and fun for families, couples, and groups alike.

Inside, you’ll find a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals, a 65” Smart TV in the living room with access to our house Netflix account, plus a DVD player and a selection of classic movies for cozy nights in.

The game room is perfect for friendly competition and relaxation, featuring a ping pong table, Smart TV, board games, and a comfy seating area. For those mixing work and play, there’s a dedicated workspace located in the dining room.

Enjoy the convenience of full-size washer and dryers, and we provide all linens, towels, and toiletries for a stress-free stay.

Step outside to unwind and recharge—our backyard features a sauna, hot tub, propane grill, fire pit with seating area, and plenty of space to play outdoor games.

Bentonville is known as the Mountain Biking Capital of the World, and our home puts you right in the heart of it!
We’re just 1 mile from Park Springs Trailhead, 1.4 miles from Slaughter Pen Trail, and 1.8 miles from Coler Mountain Bike Preserve —offering world-class riding, scenic routes, and plenty of adventure for all skill levels.

If you prefer biking or walking, you’re in luck — a major shared-use trail system (the Razorback Regional Greenway) runs through town and makes exploring by bike or foot fun and safe. For airport travel or trips further out, ride-share services and private shuttles are readily available.

Bike friendly: We’ve got bike racks and a bike wash station and the neighbourhood is easy to access by bike for local cafés & trails.

Airport: Northwest Arkansas National Airport (XNA) is only ~12 miles away — about a 15-20 minute drive without traffic.

Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions.

🐾 Pets: We welcome your furry friends! House-trained dogs only. Maximum of 2 dogs. $50 per dog/per stay. Must be under 50 pounds each. If you want to bring more than 2 dogs or any over 50lbs, please send us an inquiry, and we will approve on a case-to-case basis, at an additional charge. Must clean up all pet waste. Additional cleaning charges will be incurred if pets are not cleaned up after.

No Smoking or Drugs: If you smoke in the property, you will be charged a $500 extra cleaning fee.
