The Artisan is a three-story, 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath townhouse located in the heart of Bentonville's Market District - 8th Street Market, The Momentary, and local restaurants. Our rental is perfect for small groups, accommodating up to 4 guests. With ample space and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, our property is the ideal choice for those traveling solo, with family or friends, or a couple on a romantic weekend getaway.

The Space:
Welcome to our contemporary townhouse, where modern decor and an airy ambiance will elevate your stay. This property is designed with a sleek and thoughtful style that embraces minimalistic elements, highlighting shades of grey and white. Our property has thoughtful hidden details that create a sophisticated and edited aesthetic. The design of the townhouse is high on function and simplicity, ensuring that every element serves a purpose while also creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. We've added decorative nods to biking and localized art, which make the space unique and personalized. These elements bring a sense of character and local flavor, making our property feel like a home away from home.

The fully stocked kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, gas range, microwave, self-cleaning oven, Keurig, Kcups, and everything else you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. The living room is equipped with high-speed internet, a smart TV, fold-out couch for additional sleeping arrangements, and extra blankets for your comfort. Play some of our favorite board games, including Scrabble, Chess, Clue, and Monopoly, for a relaxing evening indoors.

In the primary bedroom upstairs you will find a king bed with high-end linens and room darkening shades that encourage a peaceful night's sleep. The slat wall adds a touch of sophistication into our edited esthetic, while the warm decor and natural light make it the perfect place to unwind.

The full bathroom has a walk in shower with natural light coming from the window above. We provide towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for our guests. Inside the bathroom is a washer and dryer. We keep laundry detergent and dryer sheets in stock, so you can pack light and still have fresh clothes throughout your stay.

The Market District is known for its vibrant arts and culture scene, as well as its proximity to local restaurants, shops, and entertainment venues. One of the most notable attractions in the Market District is the Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, which features an impressive collection of American art spanning several centuries. The museum also has several hiking trails on its grounds that offer beautiful views of the Ozark Mountains. Guest Access:
We have a single car garage available for guest parking. Additional parking is available on the street. You will access the home from the front door or the garage. The front door has a smart lock and the garage has a keypad. Guest code will be provided 1 hour prior to check in.

Walking - Many of Bentonville's top attractions are located within walking distance of each other, particularly in the downtown area. Walking is a great way to explore the city's unique shops, restaurants, and parks.

Biking - Bentonville is known for its extensive network of bike trails, which makes it easy to explore the city on two wheels. Visitors can rent bikes from local shops or use the free bike-share program called "Slaughter Pen Jam" to explore the city's trails and green spaces.

Public Transit - Ozark Regional Transit offers public transportation in Bentonville and the surrounding area. Visitors can use the transit system to get around the city or to travel to nearby destinations like Rogers or Fayetteville.

Ride-sharing - Services like Uber and Lyft are available in Bentonville, and can be a convenient way to get around the city if you don't have access to a car.

As a professional vacation rental company, we do require our guests to upload an acceptable government-issued photo ID for additional identity verification and sign our terms & conditions agreement on our guest portal, which is where you will be able to view your check in instructions upon completion of pre-check-in requirements. If you are booking a reservation for someone other than yourself, we do need the contact information of the guest(s) who will be staying at the property.

Our cancellation policy is as follows: Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund minus a nonrefundable 3%* charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Bookings cancelled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund minus a nonrefundable 3%* charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Otherwise, a refund will not be processed. *3% charge only applies if our company is responsible for payment collection.

Before we arrived, we had excellent communication with the host. Once we got in to the condo, we noticed right away how very clean, well decorated, well lit, and stocked it was. We had an amazing time there and our communication with the host during our stay was five star. I cannot recommend this place enough. So easy, so nice and again so clean. We had a wonderful stay and plan to be back again. This is definitely five star and the host was definitely five star

Great place and enjoyed the stay. The location is excellent for nearby restaurants and proximity to the greenway and bicycle trails. The house was perfect with great attention to detail. The garage is a little tight if you're parking a vehicle. Highly recommend this property. My only complaint is related to VRBO, not the property. The app is clunky, and it should be easier/quicker to access important info like the property address, door lock code, etc.

Everything about the place was great. The only thing that needs to be improved is the “fold out couch” - very uncomfortable. The place was very clean and well stocked- shampoo, soap, hairdryer- even wine!! Thanks so much!

Place was very clean and had everything I needed. Super modern, new, light and bright and comfortable. Great access to town, Restaurants, bars, mounted biking trails and Greenway. I highly recommend staying here If you get a chance.

Tricky understanding the communication on how the check-in and front door worked, but after that the place is great, clean, and comfortable. Centrally located too. Will definitely stay there again!

Our stay was lovely. My only concern was that I was unable to reach a person when we had an issue with the garage door. Pretty minor, but had it been the door to the apartment, it would have been major.
