THE SPACE
• 3 bedrooms, 2½ baths with backyard and covered patio

• Dedicated workstation in one bedroom featuring a monitor and USB-C to HDMI cable—perfect for remote work

• Record player with a collection of 60s–80s rock albums, plus playing cards and board games for downtime

KITCHEN & COFFEE STATION
• Full kitchen stocked with a good supply of spices, Himalayan salt & pepper grinder, and olive oil
• Full set of pots, pans, utensils, blender, toaster, air fryer, Instant Pot (that doubles as a rice cooker), knives, cutting board, and plenty of silverware and glassware
• Aluminum foil, plastic wrap, and baggies
• Serious coffee setup: grinder, 12-cup pot, Nespresso (for espresso), and Keurig (with extra basket for up to 24 oz travel mugs)
• Coffee beans, pods, and condiments included
• Reverse-osmosis water system with remineralizer (removes chlorine and fluoride)

BEDROOMS & SLEEP
• 3 bedrooms sleep 8 comfortably: 2 king beds, 1 queen, plus a queen Murphy cabinet bed in the living room that’s easy to set up and perfect for watching a movie and doesn't take away seating like a sofa bed.

RECOVERY & FITNESS
• Private Hot tub seats 6 and Sauna seats 4 open year round for post-ride recovery or just relaxing
• Home gym with StairMaster, elliptical, stationary bike, bench with dumbbells, and pull-up & dip bar

PETS WELCOME!
• Well-behaved dogs are welcome downstairs only (a gate is provided to help keep them off the upstairs carpet).
• Please notify me when booking if you’re bringing a pet. I’ve supplied a dog bed, food & water bowls, and waste bags.
• Dogs are not allowed on furniture—there’s a blanket in the downstairs closet (with the dog bed) that you can use to cover seating if needed.
• Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets in the yard. Because the backyard is partially shared, I’ll put up a temporary fence to block off my side and keep my orange tabby cat safe.
• Pet fee: $25 per day, capped at $125 per stay.
• A nice dog park is just 3 minutes / 1.3 miles away for easy playtime!

YOUR PRIVATE SPACE
• You have full, exclusive access to your entire side of the duplex.

BACKYARD AMENITIES
• Step out into the spacious backyard for full access to the private hot tub and barrel sauna, plus the central firepit—perfect for relaxing after a long day on the mountain bike trails
• Play games with large Connect 4, lighted cornhole, or oversized Jenga

PARKING & DRIVEWAY INFO
• The driveway has a steep approach but flattens out completely at the top with a large parking pad that easily fits up to 3 vehicles
• Free street parking is available directly in front of the home for extra vehicles or trailers
• Note: If you have a bike rack on a low vehicle, approach at an angle and straighten out at the top. (I regularly park a Highlander with a 1Up rack with no issues.)

Other Things to Note

PROPERTY LAYOUT
• This is a duplex. I live in the adjoining unit next door. You have complete privacy on your side; we only share the driveway and a portion of the backyard.

SPA & BACKYARD RULES
• Sauna and Fire Pit are located in the open, shared backyard
• Please be mindful of quiet hours when using them late at night
• Safety first: Please ensure the sauna is turned off after use and the firepit is extinguished before heading inside. Embers ok

BIKE AMENITIES
• You are just 20 yards from the trail!
• Use the designated outdoor washing/storage areas for your mountain bikes. There is wall storage for 4 bikes and 4 homemade wooden stands for floor storage.
