Welcome to Poolside Place - your new home away from home! Walk through the front door and you'll be greeted by our entryway. To the left, you'll see a Game Room with a foosball table and four-top poker table. On the shelf, you'll find games like Farkle, Yahtzee, Scrabble, Sequence and cards.



Through the entryway, relax in our spacious living room - complete with a plush sectional, lounge chairs, a 55-inch TCL Roku TV, a gas fireplace and gorgeous built-in shelves. Entertain your crew in our fully stocked kitchen, complete with a barstool seating and all the essentials you need to create your favorite meal, baked good or cup of coffee. Just off the kitchen, you'll find our eight-top dining table, perfect for enjoying a home-cooked meal or local takeout! From here, you'll also have access to the back yard.



After a long day out in NWA, pick from one of our four cozy bedrooms:

(1) Our Primary bedroom has a plush King-size bed, dresser, closet, 55-inch TCL Roku TV and en suite bathroom.

(2) Our second bedroom has a King-size bed, dresser, closet and nearby bathroom.

(3) Our third bedroom also has a King-size bed, closet and nearby bathroom.

(4) Our fourth bedroom has a bunkbed with Queen-size mattress on the bottom and a Twin-size mattress on top. Here, you'll also have a dresser, closet and nearby bathroom.



Out back, relax in our large private pool! Looking to soak in a little sun? We have four chaise lounges surrounding the pool. We also invite you to unwind on our outdoor patio, complete with a gas grill and a four-top dining table.



If you're visiting NWA for the hundreds of miles of MTB trails, we've provided safe bike storage in our finished garage! Here, you'll also find maps of Coler Mountain Bike Preserve, which is just TWO miles from our front door. Outside, you'll also have access to our bike wash station.

Guest Access & Amenities:

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

★ Not pet-friendly.



House Rules that are strictly enforced:

- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.

- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.

- This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.

- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.

- Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies.

- There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
