The Space:

The cabin is one of the only eco friendly passive customer built homes in all of Arkansas, meaning it is built with extremely efficient practices making heating and cooling easy and its eco footprint minimal. The space features an open-concept design with plenty of natural light and simple, modern finishes. The main level includes a comfortable bedroom, full bath, and a kitchen/living area perfect for relaxing or cooking a meal together. Head upstairs to the loft for the second bedroom—ideal for guests who enjoy a little extra separation or a cozy retreat. Although this cabin sits directly next to the owner residence it still lends quiet and peaceful area to relax overlooking Sun Painted Farm and the culinary wonder called RYN which is an incredible tasting menu farm to table restaurant.



Guest Access:

Access to the home will be through the owner's home driveway. Follow signage for Little Blue and park in the designated Guest parking area in from of the owners main home. Guests will be provided with a unique door code via scheduled messages. Use door code on the front door for entry.

The property sits in a rural, scenic area—quiet, peaceful, and surrounded by farmland, yet close to Bentonville. Outdoor enthusiasts will delight in the proximity to Sugar Creek Trail, Hand Cut Hollow, Slaughter Pen, and an array of trails catering to every skill level, from single track to greenway to gravel paths.



Venture just a short distance to explore cultural gems like Crystal Bridges American Art Museum and The Momentary, or indulge in culinary delights at the renowned 8th St Market and local breweries such as Bike Rack Brewing and Bentonville Brewing Co.
