We want to be transparent about the potential for construction sounds and are committed to helping you have a restful stay. Guest Access:
We have an assigned parking spot with parking pass available for guest parking. Additional parking is available on the street. You will access the home from the main level of the building with a key fob that is found in a lockbox at your parking spot. The front door has a smart lock. Guest code will be provided 1 hour prior to check in.

The area is renowned for its world-class cycling infrastructure, mix of historic and modern architecture, and pedestrian-friendly environment. With easy access to cultural attractions, bike trails, and local eateries, the neighborhood offers a dynamic and engaging urban experience that captures Bentonville's unique blend of small-town charm and innovative spirit.

Other Things to Note:
Payments collected by The Wanderlust Co are secure. Your payment will be handled safely during your course of business with us. Payments are powered by Stripe, are Safe and Secure SSL Encrypted. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. We only accept payments in U.S. currency.

Rental Fee: 100% of the reservation will be charged to your payment method at booking confirmation.

Security Deposit: Upon check in, an authorization hold (security deposit) of $250 will be placed on your payment method. You won’t be charged, but the hold means that you won’t be able to access these funds until the hold is released. As long as no property damage occurs during your stay, we’ll initiate a release of the hold placed on your card 7 days after your checkout.

Cancelation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check in will receive a 100% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check in will receive a 50% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. No refunds will be processed within 14 days of check in.

Pre-Check In Requirements: As a professional vacation rental company, we do require our guests to upload an acceptable government-issued photo ID for additional identity verification and sign our terms & conditions agreement on our guest portal, which is where you will be able to view your check in instructions upon completion of pre-check-in requirements. If you are booking a reservation for someone other than yourself, we do need the contact information of the guest(s) who will be staying at the property.

House Rules ($250 penalty fee per rule broken):

(2) No pets
(3) No parties or events

While we aim to provide a comfortable experience, guests should be prepared for possible construction sounds. We appreciate your understanding and have priced the listing accordingly to ensure you receive excellent value despite the ongoing work next door.
